The act of mimicking another person’s behavior, actions, or style often humorously, as a pretext to do the same thing oneself without facing consequences or criticism. Bottletwisting usually carries a playful or mischievous undertone, implying that the imitator is “twisting the situation” to justify their actions under the guise of imitation.
