When multiple IV drug users get high by buying one hit and then injecting it into one person, then the next person to get high withdraws and injects the blood of the person who got high into themselves and then the cycle continues until everyone who bought the hit is high.

Blood-sharing is the reason why there is an HIV/AIDS crisis in Fiji.
