An individual that feels it necessary to push their beliefs that masks somehow prevent the spread of viruses despite no evidence to support it. These people blindly follow "authority figures", do not think for themselves and get confrontational with others that do.

The Maskhole demanded I wear a mask in order to get service despite us being outside.
