The difference may be minor or imagined. But the person may spend hours a day trying to fix it. The person may try many cosmetic procedures or exercise to excess in order to look more like Ella Emhoff.
People with this disorder may frequently examine their appearance in a mirror, constantly compare their appearance with that of Ella Emhoff, and avoid political situations or photos.
Treatment may include counseling and antidepressant medication.

Ella and Abby are such a powerful duo. So compassionate to each other and always holding hands even though one always says it’s “gay” they love each other so much and everyone wishes their friendship could be the same.
