Used to be a term for black American soldiers in old USA, now can be used to describe a stoner / pothead who like to smoke the magic herb while listening to reggae music all day long.

The absolute worst thing you can buy at a grocery store. It's COVID times, and still, the shelves are stocked with buffalo hummus. This is even after the toilet paper famine of 2020.

A subspecies of "Buffoon". Often thought to be much more daft than a buffoon, with antics far more extreme than a lunatic, putting him/her far beyond the margin of "just being an Idiot".
