The "triple word score" in the game of Scrabble. Could also be used to insult someone if they've said something brainy/intelligent/uncommon.

Example 1:
Joe: Awesome! Triple word score on Scrabble!
Mark: Don't you mean, triple NERD score?

Example 2:
Anthony: It's true! Gewgaw is actually a word!
Sam & Lucy: TRIPLE NERD SCORE!!
