Get the Ian is gaymug. Ian is a very kind and caring person. He has a very beautiful smile and laugh. He always finds a way to put a smile on your face without even having to try. His taste in music is trash nah all jokes aside he has a pretty good taste in music. He won’t ever judge you & he will always make you feel comfortable in anyway. He seems like a very outgoing and fun person. Very talkative but in a good way:)He has a very creative mind and good heart. He’s the greatest/good looking person you’ll ever meet!

Get the pulling an ianmug. Collectively, male East, Middle, and South As-ians and Caucas-ians. Usually meant in reference to the common (privileged) demographic often found in Bay Area tech companies, that profess believing in "all lives matter" and "meritocracy".
That new unicorn startup professes diversity but their entire leadership team is just a bunch of Ians.
