A huge hell hole with kids who get in trouble for talking about the subject the teacher was teaching. You have a visions class for all the "bad" kids but when you walk down the hall way you hear all the kids cursing and screaming that their gonna punch someone in face, but yet all the kids with the good grades and behave well are sitting in one room for the day, not socializing with their friends...i would know from experience. Waiting in a huge line just for chicken fingers and fries that are'nt even hot?
Teacher: why are you talking!?
Student: because you told us to talk to our partners about the project?
Teacher: well i dont care ill talk to you after school in detention!
Student: ughh, im not going because i didnt do anything wrong?! this place is a hell hole

Get the hells butlersmug. When you are learning Computer Science and programming but unfortunately you don't understand any of the code you wrote down from the tutorial but it works. Not only that you cannot write your own. It is very hard to get out of this and be able to write your own code. So it is a hell.
You can't just watch a tutorial. You have to add new things that wasn't explained or you will never escape Tutorial Hell.
