When an acquaintance who follows you on Instagram repeatedly likes or throws love heart eyes and/or flame react emojis exclusively to photos of you in Stories. Other than these interactions there is no conversation, making the behaviour essentially an unwanted whistle.

They often try to get you to add their Instagram or Snapchat account. They typically unmatch with you shortly after their solicitation.
