It would intensify phrases that involve "fuck" or "bugger" being directed at oneself or another party, such as "bugger me" or "fuck you." The meaning is merely an intensifier and doesn't alter the meaning of the phrase in a useful way because being penetrated by a rusty rake would be extremely painful and hazardous to the receiving party.
