Derived from the Latin word “twelvestepethprogramus” which means “To do no good” or in Greek, “To shat on thy face“. The twelve step program is a way to get clean, included in some rehab programs, AA, and NA. It involves giving yourself up to a so-called God, and giving your drug counselors oral to rid you of your drug usage habits. So far it has only been proven useful in lab rats and some untrained monkeys.

A "hardcore song" dance. You usually do it during the breakdown of a song. Similar to Skanking in punk/ska music. Different in every city/state like Nyc and New Jersey and Maryland etc... Dont get confused with the kids jumping around swinging there arms and legs trying to hurt eachother(stupid, i dont know what they are doing). That almost always ends up in a fight.
