THIS CONDITION IS MOSTLY ATTRIBUTED TO THE ACT OF CONSUMING LARGE QUANTITES OF ALCOHOL AND/OR MARAJUANA. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH "THE ITIS" THIS EFFECT LASTS THE ENTIRE DAY OF MONDAY.
