A term for someone who is reluctant to do as you tell them. The term can be used if the person is scared of doing something or if he has no excuse.

The product of the emulsiphication of tree pulp. Generally used for writing on by civilized peoples, but also for wiping ones buttocks and for printing money on. Additionally, the second worst strategy in the game Scissors-Paper-Rock.
