Salad on Bread is often served in over priced hippie establisments and are revered by hipster doofus's. Peanut Butter and Jelly and Grilled Cheese are the only two meatless sandwiches that are not considered Salad on Bread. Besides these two examples, any meatless sandwich is considered salad on bread. This is oft a hotly debated topic

Get the ezekiel bread mug.Toast that has been heated too long and has burned, however, can be made edible (tolerable) by removing the top layer with a knife (in a scraping motion) leaving the burnt toast-filings behind to throw away.
Typically this is only performed when no more bread is available/one is too poor to waste burnt toast.
