The “Blow/Blowing” is the the powerful & massive cloudy form of smoke exhaled out of both the nose and mouth in a tremendous & euphorically manner resembling that of a fictitious ability of a Fire-Breathing Dragon from folklore etc. The part “Cabbage” is described coming from a typical user is that “perfect” meth trip type of high that’s a lot similar to one’s first time use of the drug. These serious & potential side-effects come almost if not immediately right after their first beginning toke, puff, drag, hit or rip.
