A fat person, who girls (notably loose women) use when they are feeling down about themselves.

The words "potato daddy" are derivative from "couch potato" and a girl having "daddy issues".

Danny is a homebody couch potato who gives Stephanie the security and warmth of a father to Stephanie who has daddy issues and just uses Danny when she didn't bring any one home from the bars that particular night.

After Stephanie goes home alone after a night of drinking, she calls her potato daddy (Danny).
Who is her security booty call, since he will certainly be home alone as he is a couch potato.
