talking yang

Easily dismissed disparaging speech or opinion about something or someone when uttered by someone in no position to actually know (vs Talking Smack). Non-Agressive, Non-Cussing and socially acceptable version of "Talkin' Shit". Talking Shit
Man: " I heard Mr. Lee was talking smack about The Packers" Woman: "Oh, come on, he was just talking yang. He's an illiterate North Korean farmer without access to a TV, so what would he know about the NFL?"

talking big

Not the same as lying. One who talks big speaks what appears to be a solid game plan, but does not have any true intentions of following through. The talker may not realize they are talking big. Usually is done in the hype of a moment, with motive to fire up a crowd's excitement but with no definite execution.
Friday Night @ 3:00pm
Mike: Yo man I'm about to hit the club tonight lets turn the f*k up!

Friday Night @ 9:00pm
Fred: Guys, Mike said he's going to just stay in tonight, he's kinda tired from work.

Shawn: Yo I knew that little b*tch was talking big.

Talking Out Soft

The opposite of talking out loud.
To whisper.
We were talking out soft but couldn't really hear what each other was saying.

Talking Hands

The over-enthusiastic use of one's hands when behind the camera to emphasize what they are talking about, and avoid still-handed awkwardness. Most frequently used by sports announcers and meteorologists.
I was watching the big game on Sunday night and, I tell you what, Cris Collinsworth was on top of his talking hands game.

Talking At

Launching into a long-winded monologue without thinking of the other person and what he or she has to say. Not asking them any questions. Eye contact fail.
Tiffany: Talk to me... How did your date go with Chad?

Sharika: He didn't look me in the eyes, or asks me any questions. He was talking at me about himself the whole time.
