A variation of the Uncle Tom, an Uncle Ruckus is not only subservient to the dominant cultural/racial group but makes no attempts to put themselves in a social/economic position that makes them better than their own social group. Outspoken in their beliefs that the inferior racial group deserves to be trampled upon by their betters.
An Uncle Ruckus would often live in miserable conditions in comparison to an Uncle Tom, rejecting offers to be educated or adopt higher social standing by their masters and oppressors to become more respected. In turn they are ignored by the oppressive social/racial groups who sees them as pitiful in trying to gain the respect of the oppressors through putting others in their place.

Contrary to the dumbasses that write in this page, uncle ruckus isn't black. He has a condition named revitiligo (like Michael Jackson's vitiligo but the opposite) which makes him black.

Get the moist ruckusmug. To pull a ruckus is one of the worst things one can do. This is when one takes advantage of their closest friends for their own personal gain. They accept gifts, time, effort, and love... but do not value it. This undervalue is often shown time and time again in suttle moments, but at other times it is blindly prevalent. This does NOT have any corilation between "bringing the ruckus". Which was coined popular by the infamous Wu-Tang in 1993. In fact, most people who pull this ruckus won't ever have heard of Wu-Tang. They are generally too dead and sad inside to know what hip-hop even is.
Joe pulled a ruckus on his 30th birthday gift. He made quite a bit of money by reselling his thoughtful expensive gift like it was hog wash. Joe is not a good friend.
