When you introduce a friend from one group to a friend from another group, and they become autonomous friends, no longing requiring your services to hang out. Not necessarily a bad thing, but can be disastrous if left unchecked.

Dude 1: Dude, did you hear that Joe was hanging with Jane now?

Dude 2: Yeah dude. I introduced them a week ago and they don't even call me to chill anymore. Serious cross-pollination.
