While playing the card game uno, plus four refers to the draw four wild card. However, it can be used in everyday situations as a burn. adding the word "lates" to the end adds more conviction.

1. Dudeee you just spilled your beer plus four motherfuck.
2. Ahh youre talking to matt ward? plus four lates booter
