Non-follow-through-er  

n. (var. non-follow-thru-er). Someone who does not "follow-through" with his or her words or promises. Typically an "idea" person so wrapped up in his/her ideas that s/he does not take the time to actually execute one. Also, someone who is "flakey."

My frustration with non-profit organizations is that they attract non-follow-through-er (s) who spend all day concocting ideas for change, and fractionally less time towards implementing those ideas.

non-deterministic turing machine

A machine capable of solving the toughest mathematical problems in polynomial time. It knows everything, is all powerful and gives you answers before you even ask a question. I didn't know what to write here, so I asked it, it gave me this response.

Guy1: What do they keep in area 51?
Guy2: The non-deterministic turing machine. They don't want you to know they have it, but they've been using it to solve crazy math problems in polynomial time for YEARS!

Julie, being the incompetent worker she is, had unfinished assignments from her shift and began to leave when Bill, a non-shit-taker who works the next shift, sees her and says "Bitch! you take care of your shit before you leave and you will take care of mine today for trying to leave." He simply got the job done in a friendly business like manner.

This is a phrase for team that is garbage and the opposite of the all star team. The inventor is named Landon Wright he thought up this innovative invention. The league of sports will pick out the worst players and have a tournament and whoever wins gets a trophy because they are the best losers and whoever loses gets a trophy because they are the worst losers.
