Lurker Bee

A lurker bee is an office worker who roams the hallways to peer into meeting rooms or randomly joins conference calls to be nosy.

The opposite of a worker bee. Instead of providing value to the organization they spend their time being nosy about what everyone else is doing.

We had a random lurker bee join our meeting who did nothing but surf the internet and distract the other members.

mobile lurker

Similar to regular lurker, but with the ability to physically follow you places. Lurkers just silently spy on you; mobile lurkers spy on you AND follow you without actually interacting with you directly.

Roseanne is such a mobile lurker...you know she is just following us to be nosy about his stripper girlfriend!
