Somebody that tries to restrict the access of others to buildings, restaurants, and other sites in their own towns, even if they are originally from those towns and the one trying to do the restricting isn't, despite nobody from that town ever going to her town and doing the same thing to her.
She (the awkward bubbly girl) really needed to quit fucking with people's lives, their community, and get out and never come back. Anything else would be inflammatory, which was what she was trying to be.
