Someone who is part of extinction rebellion ... according to the current Prime Minister Boris Johnson.. People are proud to be a crusty, some absoloutley revolted. Its only a way for him to get through brexit sadly, by shaming protesters.

4) Simply unawesome or mean; describing behavior or one's actions
