this is an affectionate greeting, you would use this to say hello to a friend. baws is scottish for balls, as in a boys balls. you can look up twatt if you dont know it. the y on the end is just to add affection/friendlyness. it is also partly derived from the scottish fannybaws.

Imagine the most spineless, cowardly, yellow person you know, and then imagine them hiding behind real or imagined transvestism to be able to hurl even bitchier insults-i.e. a full blown, queenie, fractious hissy fit.
