A short for UTUBETROLLPOLICE, a very old group of people on YouTube and Google+ who are both trolls and anti-trolls created by Southparkstudiosable (real name Thomas Parkinson), better known as Tommy Parky, who is said to have been arrested in 2015, that raided fandoms from 2010 to 2021. The group claimed to be created by PurpleHelmetAvenger, yet, this has been confirmed false.
They used to hate every fandom who was popular and on trend in the past and claimed to be hackers and follow genocidal ideologies such as KKK, neo-Nazism and communism as well as Satanism. They also used to say racist and homophobic things.
