Splashy

A homosexual male who waits in a bathroom stall for someone else to enter the bathroom, and then urinates directly into the toilet water to indicate that he is available for action. Some may use a bottle of water if they are unable or unwilling to urinate.

I went into the bathroom there was a splashy in there.
