When a cough is used to indicate you think the exact opposite of what you just said, often the cough can be used to disguise saying what you actually think.

1. Yes, I'm sure you don't fancy him (sarcastic coughing fit)

High pitched sarcastic insult

Native to North London, it usually shows how someone lacks the ability to do something. It can also be used to purposely indicate that you are stronger than someone.

Matt: "Hey John I'm sick at football."
John: ( High pitched sarcastic insult ) "You're sick at football."

Tom: "I can quickscope better than you."
Joe: ( High pitched sarcastic insult ) "You're better than me."

sarcast-o-face

a ridiculous name used to signify the witty and genius banter focused on making the original commenter feel as though they should crawl into the corner and hide in the dark forever for saying and or doing what they did. Can be used as a hurtful name or compliment depending on the person.
