Rewardism

The belief or attitude of treating things like love, loyalty, or self-worth as rewards or trophies to be earned, achieved, or owned — especially in a possessive or materialistic way. Rewardism often leads to a toxic mindset where emotional connections are measured like accomplishments, rather than genuine feelings.

She said he finally ‘deserves’ her now that she’s beautiful — that’s rewardism. Love isn’t a trophy, it’s a bond.

standard reward

The typically-accepted-as-equivalent "pleasure-reimbursement" that a guy and gal exchange in a particular everyday romantic "transaction".

Two examples of standard rewards:
(1) If a guy allows a visiting gal to use his shower, she lets him accompany her into the shower and dreamily canoodle with her under the warm waterfall.
(2) If a misty-eyed guy wants to give a buxom gal a naked chest-to-chest hug, he'll soothingly massage her back all during said extended deeply-squeezy snuggle-session. (A variation on this "contract" would be that if she lets him savoringly play with her boobs and fondle her butt, he'll massage whatever other body-parts that she requests him to soothe --- i.e., her feet, shoulder-blades, neck, etc. --- for a similar length of time as he pleasures his thirsting hands with her "choicest morsels".)

A 'Creative Reward' refers to a self-gifted creative project undertaken by a graphic designer or someone engaged in a creative profession. This reward is a personal incentive upon successfully completing a creative task assigned to them, especially if it's one they might not be enthusiastic about.

John had to work late into the night on a tedious logo redesign, but he promised himself a 'Creative Reward' – an hour of painting his personal art – once he finished the task.
