A very annoying person from Quebec. Gets offended when you speak English
(even if you are clearly not talking to them)
and even although English is the majority language of not just the rest of the country of Canada, but the rest of the continent. A clear reason as to why everyone visits Canada, and is then disappointed. And why Canada gets no representation in television. (Other than where immigrants go after failing to immigrate to the USA) English Canada is very embarrassed by the QuebecWasp. As they fucking suck.
