The first implies apathy or indifference towards an idea. 2. the second use implies excitement, mischiviousness,or glee. 3. a response to a question substituing "i dont know/care."

Use 1. (guy) Hey Boo, its 11:11pm! Make a wish. (girl) I wish for world meerw.

Use 2. (girl) Are you excited to see Juno tonight? (guy) MEERW!

Use 3. (guy) Where do you want to eat tonight. (girl) meerw.

The act of peeing against a wall or into a bush on a long car journey, generally in groups of 2 or more. The group resembles a mob of meerkats as they are all stood to attention, rapidly looking around to ensure that no-one sees them peeing against a wall, just as a meerkat would look for predators.
