leadership

A broad buzzword thrown around so much by every organization everywhere that it has essentially lost all meaning. (i.e. solution in the IT field.) So what is leadership now?

It is nothing but a word. Mostly used by organizations to weed out people who don't think they have 'it'. This word-type of 'Leadership' is measured in how much bullshit a person can spew to back about what they think 'leadership' truly is.

1. Job interviewer: Sir, this job requires you to lead with huge amounts of leadership, do you believe you have the leadership necessary to lead this leading team of leaders?
Job seeker: What the fuck are you saying?
Job interviewer: Obviously you aren't a leader. Try working at wal-mart.

2. College admissions: How are you a leader?
Student: Well, insted of playing sports or drinking with my buddies, my mom signed me up for a leadership conference, two leadership classes, and bi-weekly meetings about leadership.
College admissions: Wow, that is fantastic! You're in!

muzzle-loader

The vile (or pleasant) act of defecating into your mate's mouth and proceeding to force the excrement down his/her throat with your penis. Your mate's mouth acts as the muzzle, the exrement acts as the bullet/gunpowder, and your penis acts as the ramrod. Hopefully your mate will projectile vomit immediately after being muzzle-loaded, so as to replicate the firing of the loaded firearm. If you wish to take it a step further, you can hire a Civil War Commander reenactor to shout out commands during the process such as "Prime!" "Draw Ramrods!" "Ram down the cartridge!" and "Fire!"

Dan: Bro, I hired a Civil War Commander reenactor to shout out the proper commands as I performed the muzzle-loader on your mother last Thursday.

Mike: Did she projectile vomit?

Dan: Hell yeah!

Mike: Nice!

Future Business Leaders of America

Also known as FBLA. It is part of FBLA-PBL, the largest and most well known business oriented career and technical organization in the world. It has spawned several impersonators including both DECA and BPA. However, FBLA is the original and the badest of badass organizations. FBLA has been helping the March of Dimes Foundation for several years and is continuing to save the lives of babies every day. It offers students the ability to gain real world leadership skills while still in school. Conferences consist of several highly competitive events all relating to the business field. It consists of 4 levels within it:

Middle Level- for middle school/junior high

FBLA- High school level (also the largest level)

PBL- collegiate level

Professional Level- level for Business professionals and supporters of FBLA.

Student 1: "Hey man, how do you have such strong connections with people from all over the world?"

Student 2: "It was easy. I just joined the Future Business Leaders of America"
