An abbreviation for Kolmogorov-Arnold-Moser, a theorem in classical perturbation theory. It roughly states that if (among other things) the perturbation applied on an integrable system is small enough, and the unperturbed frequencies have ratios which are sufficiently irrational, the topology of the system will be invariant for that perturbation (In action angle variables, it will remain a torus).

Kam

Lowkey an asshole but you're still friends with him because they're funny af and also everyone needs a mean friend(tm). The kind of person to send spam you about their weekly crush. He is obsessed with minecraft and he brags about how good he is, except you cant be pissed because he carries the bedwars team. He is shit at comforting people, like literally they have no clue what the hell to say to people when they are sad. They're cool though, always the first to text and understanding about problems even though they're shit at knowing what to say. Also despite being about 5 foot tall he makes threats to everyone, and kinda scares everyone. Ya know, the angry short friend. He is homicidal and will probably set a house on fire after a minor inconvenience, but you know that's just kam.
