A way of describing someone wearing 'house' fashion. House fashion consists of trackies, a slightly oversized hoodie and headphones, usually all in the same colour of shades of white, grey or black.

Hugh: Jeff mate, you're looking pretty house today!
Jeff: Cheers mate! I just can't get enough of house fashion!

A medical doctor who is super smart but also a complete asshole to everybody and their mother. Coworkers, patients, higher-ups. The guy completely sucks, but nobody does anything about it though because he's super smart and the hospital can't continue without him. According to the writers, he's also supposedly autistic. An excellent rep for autistic people: smart guy who hates everyone. Beautiful work, House writers.

On its own it forms a negative exclamation.

Me: "I have house hotel, so I plan on staying in my underwear and eating pizza and ice cream for every meal."
