magic underwear (mormon garments)

The most poorly kept secret from the mormon secret temple ceremonies (derived from masonic ceremonies)

magic underwear (mormon garments) are a two piece set - like a T shirt and long shorts

This current design is the garment of choice for most mormons. Previous styles have had full length legs, collars, cuffs and some were one-piece (a 19th century onesie).

Obviously designed by a man in a patriarchal society, Women are expected to wear a Bra over the top of their mormon t-shirt.

There is nothing apparently special about the garments. they are almost always white, but the magic comes from masonic symbols embroidered onto them.
The symbols represent a Masonic Square (⅃) a masonic pair of drawing compasses (V) and a masonic level (-)

Despite protestations from mormons that the garments are not really 'magic', every mormon will have heard testimonies and stories from other cult members about how their garments have saved them from fire, cuts, animal bites and even gunshot wounds

for example Paul H Dunn - a mormon general authority (a high Mucky Muck) told how, in WW2, a hail of bullets ripped off all his clothes, but left his body and garments untouched..... Of course, Dunn's stories are no longer quoted by cult members since his stories about WW2 were exposed as complete lies in a national newspaper...

Trumpian argument

Logical fallacy. repetitive stating of discredited accusations, conspiracy theories, and unrelated events for the soul purpose of conflating them with attempts at logical discourse.

gaygument

An argument about whether a person is gay or straight.
Cait: I can't see how u don't see it. Frodo and Sam from the Lord of the Rings trilogy are gay lovers. It's so obvious...the funny looks they give each other...they're in loooooove.

Jeff: Oh come on, they are just 2 men who have a very strong bond brought on by much hardship and struggle. Sam even marries a WOMAN by the end.

This argument qualifies as a gaygument.

Strawman Arguments

Strawman Arguments (I call them Stickman Arguments, sometimes) are arguments in which someone who you are debating takes your points and twists them to get ground on you in order to form a refutation in which they are correct.
Person A: *Signs on to start a topic saying:* For anyone out there who questions God because God doesn't always answer your prayers, the truth is: God doesn't help us because we have free will.

Person B: That's an unsound argument because it has no ground to stand on and it is overused. It's like saying, "What if I'm right and you're wrong and you go to Hell?" to an atheist.

Person A: We're not talking about Hell, therefore your refutation has no grounds.

Person B: Please take your strawman arguments somewhere else

Person A: You're going to burn in Hell for not believing in God!

Person A signs off.

Person B facepalms.
