Gymnastics is a sport that can change your life, body and is really very fun. There are 7 main disciplines of gymnastics all with their own unique flips and tricks which are very fun to learn. It is a creative and artistic sport that is for all genders and all ages. It is a sport that is fun and interesting to do but also to watch.

swingset gymnastics

Basically a sport in which a child I'd placed on a swing and athletes give it their all to have their child be launched the farthest. Other variations include launching them through hoops of different sizes and colors to gain points, launching them the largest vertical distance, and launching them into the air to collide with other launched children.
