Fresh Off The Boat.
It is usually used for Persians who just came from Iran, or if you even came 15 years ago and you still say E-school. or gas e-station. or Dat.
Even if you still bring Ghormeh Sabzi to school everyday for lunch.
I've never heard it any other way.

an indian who has just come from india. he is wearing pants that are really uncomfortablly high and his button down shirt is tucked in them. he has a part on the side and is 17 and hasn't learnt how to shave yet. he also pronounces comfortable as come-for-table.
white person "Is the bed comfortable?"
indian "It is very come-for-table"
white person "You're such a FOB, go back to India!"
indian "Why? I have come to take the t-shirts you made and sell them for wholesale!!" (Russell Peters BABY!!)
