Sound effect commonly used in the place of, or to accompany, the word bellend.
Frequently presented with a signature hand gesture:
Place the tips your thumb and first finger of your right hand together and shake from the wrist as if ringing a bell.

Person1: *points at a foolish looking person* errr, bellend.

Person2: *gestures* ding ding.
