Background Information:
The term is inspired from a joey or a baby kangaroo who is born at a very immature stage. Immediately after birth, a joey uses it's already well-developed claws and forelimbs to climb to its mother's body and pouch. After several weeks, the joey becomes more active and spends less and less time in its mother's pouch and eventually leaves completely.
This also best describes a man/woman who needs the comfort of a partner in the early stage of a relationship but then grows tired of it after several weeks or months and then decides to spend less and less time with the partner and leave the partner completely and hops around again.

He is very smart but doesn’t let school take over his life and I admire him for that. He somehow handles sports, band and other activities along with his work. But don’t let him fool you; while he may be super smart he’s an amazing gamer!! He has a soft spot for his pet and is a sweetheart. This is probably going to embarrass Joey but that’s ok!! 😂
