A person who is racist but not enough to be considered one.

Black person: Hi, how are you?
White sub-racist: Hi, I don't like you.

Emily's daily vocabulary is packed with racial slurs, she is without a doubt, one of the most, if not the most racist person to have ever lived.

When your dad, grandpa, uncle, etc. say things that are racist and questionable, but they aren't actually prejudiced against anyone.

2. A buzzword, often misused by Democrats, to describe anyone or anything they do not like or disagree with, whether actually racist or not

Democrat: 'How could you not support the latest assault weapon ban, racist?'
Normal Person: 'What does that have to do with race?'

homostereophobic racist

Suggests that if you're a racist or homophobe... that you're likely both by way of stereotyping whether you're aware of it or not.

"Is that Nelly? Didn't he get in trouble for sexual assault?"
"No, your thinking of R. Kelley".
"Pretty sure they both did it".

"That can't be Randy Jackson. Are we sure it isn't Samuel L Jackson?"
"Wow, you are sucha homostereophobic racist!"
