Something or someone from the Netherlands, a small country in North-West Europe. Because of the many conflicts and wars between England and The Republic of the Seven United Netherlands (as it was then called), 17th century English knew many expressions containing the word to describe something in a derogatory manner. Some of these expressions are still used.

A South African term for someone who is a murderer of the english language, usually applied to the Afrikaans speaking population but can be stretched out even further to include many populations.

The Dutchman is usually a hardcore man thats tough as nails, has a terrible fashion sense and can take on 20 men at one time (in his opinion)

Dutch Parachute

When a group of people smoke marijuana under a blanket, much like "dutching" up a car. In the same aspect of "Hot Boxing" a small room. But all partipants must be under a seemingly large blanket and all smoke must be kept within the blanket. Limitless partipants long as you have a blanket big enough. Caution under the blanket gets quiet warm.
