I mean, just look at what they do that marks them out:

They give out their phone number and answer the phone!

They always have everything in stock!

All their tills are always manned!

The staff are very very knowledgeable!

They help you load your van!

Free donuts and coffee every morning and free tea and biscuits in the afternoons!
