The buyer is the driver's father, an aging yuppie who only wants the best for his daughter (and has spoiled her completely rotten in the process). The Daddy Bought It Mobile is easily confused with the Mid-Life Crisis Mobile; the easiest way to tell the two cars apart is that the Daddy Bought It Mobile will likely have something shiny dangling from the rear-view mirror (Mardi Gras beads are the prevalent choice).

The portion of a child's meal, Halloween candy, video game time, etc. that a father rightly takes as his own, mostly because you wouldn't be there without him. This particularly applies to things that your father buys for you - because there's no such thing as a free lunch, and life is hard, so you better get used to it.

My kids came home from their Halloween trick-or-treating, and as they sorted through the candy, I took all of their Reese's Peanut Butter cups as daddy tax.

"Daddy Cakes" was originally coined by two Dad's having fun for breakfast with their kids, family, and friends - it snowballed from there and they left their corporate jobs to make "Daddy Cakes" available to everyone. They trademarked the term "Daddy Cakes" and created Daddy Cakes International, LLC based in Newport Beach, California. They have a super cool line of baked goods mixes for todays generation, and sell housewares, apparel, and accessories. Most of their products are of limited release as they want their customers to have a somewhat unique experience. As far as I know, they are the one, the original, and only "Daddy Cakes" so it's a totally legit brand.

alternate form of the saying "daddy's little girl" but with clever alliteration.

The girl's daddy is essentially whipped and will do anything for his daughter and is oftentimes super protective. He will buy expensive clothes, cars, and jewelry, beat up ex-boyfriends, and take the daughter's side in any argument.

Rob: Man, I really wanna get with that Mandy chick.

Big: Yeah, too bad she's daddy's daughter, you got a long way to go bro...
