To have ones feet covered completely in a thick layer of sand. This usually occurs at the beach when one comes out of the water and places wet feet in the sand.

Jack: Look at my sand socks they are so awesome!
Jim: Well your not getting a ride back in my car with those sand socks.
Jack: Fine Ill wash them off before we leave.
