n. when one continues to rage ('party') in spite of a hang-over after a night of rage. It is a sign of a true rager, or alcoholic; depending on age.

Originally started by Jesus and his followers, a "chop over" is gathering of 3 or more of the greatest intellects in the world over the course of one night. The gathering consists of discuss serious matters and riding the all mighty wagon to the break of dawn It is thought that the word originated from pork chop and sleepover. The importance of a chop over is compared to St. Patrick's Day.
