A fake, deceptive or mendacious show of poverty.

A friend pleads poverty to avoid paying his way in a chi-chi restaurant when in fact he has money to burn. Far from being "rock bottom" he is said to be "mock bottom".

MOCB is an abbreviation for a couple with something blocking them from seeing each other often. Usually by a long distance, family feud, or just simply being extremely busy. MO being one of the couples initials, and CB being the others!
