it is the little bit of underwear, typically boxers, that sticks out the back when the owner, lets call him Justin, of the pants is too stupid to buy the proper size, resulting in the pants being too small. mutanz can be associated with a nickname or can be used to address the actual underwear sticking out.

1: look at the way justin is walking, you can see his mutanz.
2: HEY mutanz, pull your pants up!!
3:mutanz, is a translation from italian, meaning underwear.

1. Used as a term for giving props/shots to a particular item based on a scale of 1-5 stars.

2. Is interchangeable with the word heck, hell, fuck, fuckers or mutha fuckers in a sentence without fear of reducing the value or original intention of the speaker.
