used when one person says something to another, and the person who is bieng talked to has no comment on the matter, has not thought through the matter thoroughly enough, or is otherwise unready or incapable of a coherent response. Can also be used to dodge a question or suggestion which one does not feel comfortable answering.

Dude 2: dude, boobies

A self confessed ice-cool chap, who is very silly and generally chirpy in character. So hilarious at times that he can laugh you into bed with just one phrase and gives you an unsurprisingly good rogering.
