Slip

When you fall because your foot came out of beneath you. Usually do to a substance or a piece of something being left on the ground. Ex: Water, Oil, Ice, fabric, ect.

"Look out! There's oil in front of you!"
"Thanks, I'd of slipped if you didn't tell me."

A Person so unintelligent they can not tie shoe laces so they resort to wearing slip-ons.

Used in an office setting you can then define a team of Slip-Ons into their own names such as :
Master Slip-Ons - someone who makes mistakes constantly
Senior Slip-Ons - someone who has been there the longest
Madame' Slip-Ons - a lady Slip-On

When what your phone autocorrects your text to something that also works or is what you really would like to say.

Example: Tried to text
“I meant your sister”
What your phone sent
“I messy your sister”

My Autocorrectian slip revealed his sister and I had been hooking up.

Used in reference to an action that causes one to get cancelled.

A: "Anyhow, there are only two-"
B: "Wait wait don't say more you'll be cancelled!"
A: "Phew, thanks for telling me."
B: "Yeah, you almost made a Sigmundian Slip there."
