Poo cancer is more commonly referred to as constipation. It is the result of the continuous growth and proliferation of poo cells in the colon and rectum. Sometimes this is also referred to as a butt baby and requires an epidural to pass. President Donald Trump was a butt baby and was passed via his mother's rectum.
